Magyarul \u00e9s vil\u00e1gosan: hogy ne lopj\u00e1k el! Mi\u00e9rt nem garant\u00e1lja mindezt Magyarorsz\u00e1gon az \u00fan. Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9ny? Id\u0151 (a jogi v\u00e9delem megalapoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra) lett volna, hiszen 2011-t\u0151l napjainkig 15-sz\u00f6r m\u00f3dos\u00edtott\u00e1k. Nem volt erre politikai akarat, egyik p\u00e1rt sem ind\u00edtv\u00e1nyozott ilyesmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6sszefoglal\u00f3 indokl\u00e1sk\u00e9nt azt szokt\u00e1k emlegetni, hogy a &#8220;lop\u00e1ssal&#8221;  a B\u00fcntet\u0151t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv (Btk) foglalkozik, nincs helye ennek az Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Az\u00e9rt nem szerepel kifejezetten a  \u201eNe lopj!\u201d tilt\u00e1s az Alkotm\u00e1nyban (vagy ahogy Magyarorsz\u00e1gon h\u00edvj\u00e1k: az Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben), mert az Alkotm\u00e1ny nem az egyes b\u0171ncselekm\u00e9nyeket tiltja, hanem <strong>az \u00e1llam kereteit \u00e9s az alapvet\u0151 emberi jogokat<\/strong> hat\u00e1rozza meg. A lop\u00e1st a <strong>B\u00fcntet\u0151 T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv (Btk.) b\u00fcnteti<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00f3, \u00e9rtem, valahogy hasonl\u00f3 a dolog az US\u00c1-ban is, b\u00e1r ott nem igen l\u00e1tom a lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t, hogy az \u00e1llami vagyont oly b\u00e1mulatosan szublim\u00e1lj\u00e1k, mint n\u00e1lunk. Ha m\u00e9gis felmer\u00fcl ilyesmi, a b\u00fcntet\u0151t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny\u00fck szerint a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik (t\u00f6rt\u00e9nhet):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>When a US politician <strong>steals from the nation<\/strong> or <strong>abuses public office for personal gain<\/strong>, they face immediate investigation, federal or state criminal prosecution, and forced removal from office. Depending on the severity, they are <strong>subject to severe legal, political, and financial penalties<\/strong>:<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Criminal Prosecution:<\/strong>&nbsp;Politicians face charges like theft of government property, embezzlement, fraud, and bribery, which carry sentences of up to $250,000 in fines and up to 10\u201315 years in federal prison per count<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Removal and Disqualification:<\/strong>&nbsp;They can be removed from office through impeachment (for federal officials) or expulsion by a majority vote of their legislative peers. Conviction often results in the permanent loss of the right to hold public office<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Financial Restitution:<\/strong>&nbsp;Corrupt officials are legally required to pay full restitution to repay the stolen public funds and must forfeit any assets, property, or investments purchased with the illegal funds<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sz\u00e1munkra itt k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen figyelemre m\u00e9lt\u00f3 a &#8220;k\u00e1r&#8221; teljes megt\u00e9r\u00edttet\u00e9se (<em>Financial Restitution<\/em>), teh\u00e1t az illet\u0151 nemcsak le\u00fcli a neki kiszabott b\u00fcntet\u00e9st, hanem az \u00f6sszes vagyon\u00e1val felel(ne) az okozott k\u00e1r\u00e9rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Logikus, elv\u00e1rhat\u00f3 (s\u0151t csakis ez v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 el). Csakhogy mennyiben lehets\u00e9ges mindez n\u00e1lunk? Persze, megl\u00e1tjuk.
